The Regional Oversight Committee is a group of nine (9) Board-appointed members responsible for assessing whether Safe, Clean Water Program goals are being met. Members of the Regional Oversight Committee are subject-matter experts in water quality, water supply, and nature-based solutions and community investments.
The Regional Oversight Committee will review Stormwater Investment Plans to ensure Program goals are being prudently met, maintain proper balance of multi-benefit projects, and steer future processes. The Regional Oversight Committee will identify broad issues that require attention, projects to consider in the future, and specific items to be addressed in reporting. The committee will also review progress and expenditure reports annually, summarize these reports biennially, and hold public hearings to obtain feedback on the Program.
